Design review of architectural drawings

• Report and annotated drawings within 10 working days of booking
• Targeted at minimising the risk of a final air test fail
• If working in a portal, relevant drawings selected by client

Construction consultancy site inspection with report

• Monitoring the airtight barrier and identifying leakage paths during construction
• Minimises the risk of a final air test fail

Pre-test consultancy visit with photographic report

• No pressurisation
• Identifies possible leakage paths before the final test
• Allows time for remedial works

Smoke shaft testing

• Perform air permeability test
• Localized smoke test free of charge if initial fail
• Follow-up permeability retest after remediation

Passivhaus testing

Visit One:

• Initial air test using pressurisation & depressurisation
• Temporary sealing of designed ventilation permitted
• Localized smoke test to advise on leakage paths

Visit Two:

• Repeat initial air test after first fix
• Services as per above

Visit Three:

• Final air test after completion of build
• Pressure test only, no temporary sealing permitted
• Leakage path report if required
